Of the 38 schools who taught Salesperson and Broker Prelicense candidates, we ranked in the top 4 for students who passed the State Exam the first time they tried.
5 Broker Candidates and only 1 did not pass the State Exam on the first attempt.
23 Salesperson Candidates and 17 passed on their first attempt at the State Exam.

Each candidate must put in 90 hours in the classroom, pass the school exam, and then pass the State exam before becoming an AZ real estate licensee.
The calendar above notes the blue circles which indicate class days. They are what we call “double” days. AM class starting at 8AM till just after noon. The PM class starting at 1PM and going till a bit after 5PM. Take one class or both classes. Each class is a 5-hr period towards the 90 hours required by the ADRE. Students may take as much or as little time each day as their schedule allows. No learner may get credit for more than 10 hours of class time in one day.
The Arizona Department of Real Estate certifies certain schools and instructors to teach Arizona real estate prelicense classes. Our ADRE school number if S06-0024. Click on the links below to access the requirements of the ADRE for Arizona real estate salesperson and broker applicants:
