What can you expect from a Sedona real estate transaction?

First you find an agent and then you find the property.

There is an agent for every buyer.  Most Sedona agents will be REALTORS who have access to the local SVVAR (Sedona Verde Valley Association) multiple listing service (MLS).  You can also access most all of the MLS listings through the major portals:  Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com.

Once you find that perfect Sedona property, you’ll need to make an offer.

What is “present property conditions”?  It means that the seller warrants the property ONLY as at the time the agreement is executed.  Like “as is”.
