how2educate is a learning center in Arizona for real estate prelicensure, continuing education, technology, business planning, and marketing. We are approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate to teach AZ Prelicense Salesperson and Broker courses, RE CE courses in all categories, and to write/teach distance learning.
CE: You may take 1 course for $20 or 8 for $90 or 6 for $75 (over a period of 1 year). Cash or check.
Prelicense: $415 includes digital book, study help, digital lawbook, exams, and Instructor help.

Salesperson and Broker Training
From time to time we do specials. One thing that is constant is the period of time we require to complete the course (without a waiver from the administrator): you must complete the course and take the school test within 60 days of beginning the course. No refunds after the 1st day.
