how2educate LLC has a whole different method of teaching you: one where you receive content from the computer, read the book, have Kathy Howe, your Teacher, in the classroom to help you one-on-one.

Salespersons: $400 gets you all computer sessions, a book, a calculator, a jump drive with quizzes, math explanations and presentations, as well as the 6 hr Contract Writing class (normally $35-$50 extra).

Broker applicants: $400 gets you all computer sessions, a book, a calculator, a jump drive with quizzes, math explanations and presentations, as well as your first Broker Management Clinic (normally $20-$40)

You study on your own in the classroom with Kathy Howe to guide you one-on-one in connecting the dots.

Classes .
All students have 60 days to complete the coursework and take school test.
We have not had one student fail the school test or the state test on the first try.

You will be working on your computer, accessing your ADRE-approved content, following your own personal schedule over the 18 sessions. Each session is 5 hours.

Kathy’s love of technology is well-known and her “green” living in Sedona speaks for itself: She drives a small GEM car (license plate – “Itsy”) when going short trips in Sedona. At her training center she plugs into the outlet provided in her parking stall at LaTierra Plaza. Recently she gave the boot to the 22 year old hot water heater and had a Rinnai tankless hot water heater installed on the exterior of her home.

When not teaching, Kathy actively lists and sells properties, brokers her firm, along with writing courses for both her school and for other instructors and schools. She continues to work with NAU, her alma mater.

Kathy is a proud resident of Uptown Sedona, has 4 cats, a passion for writing, reading, teaching and building relationships.
