
Kathleen M. O. Howe, better known as "Kathy Howe", is the owner/educator/administrator, who has written most of the courses offered through this school.
She is also currently the Arizona Specialist for Arizona for the distance learning company, The CE Shop.
June 2007: Kathy has been appointed by Governor Janet Napolitano to fill a position on the Arizona Department of Real Estate's Advisory Board vacated by Vicki Cox Golder of Tucson who is in line to be President of the National Association of REALTORS(R).
August through October, Kathy is teaching with the Real Estate Commisisoner, Sam Wercinski, throughout Arizona. The Arizona Association of REALTORS has teamed with the Arizona Department of Real Estate to give 3 hours Commissioner's Standards CE to those licensees who attend the Community Outreach and Education event in their area.
