This 6 hour AZ RE CE course can be used as 2 CE classes (3 hrs contract & 3 hrs legal issues) or as the required Contract Writing course for salesperson prelicense applicants.
The course is conducted in the classroom with each person on a computer loaded with all the interactive forms, ready to be filled out in accordance with the transaction scenarios. This course is designed to familiarize learners with interactive forms, digital signatures, and transaction management in addition to giving the learner a chance to “write” a contract.
