From the 26th amendment which allows Arizona licensees to fill out and draft documents pertinant to the transaction, to buyers who don’t want representation because they don’t want to pay a commission, to what documentation is required by law and what disclosure must be made. This course deals with Professional Conduct under R4-28-1101
