From the 26th amendment which allows Arizona licensees to fill out and draft documents pertinant to the transaction, to buyers who don’t want representation because they don’t want to pay a commission, to what documentation is required by law and what disclosure must be made. This course deals with Professional Conduct under R4-28-1101

This course discusses where to find the Sedona Community Plan, zoning and permit requirements, Code enforcement, and a basket of other items. What’s a right-of-way and why is it important to have a survey.

3 hrs Contract

Learn about Listing Commissions, Buyer Broker Commissions, the necessary agreements, the duration, procuring cause, cancellation and impact of the lawsuits and settlements.

3 hrs Commissioner’s Standards

We will discuss the Arizona 26th Amendment and the Commissioner’s Standards of R4-28-1101 and how the commission settlement affects the way we take on clients. We’ll discuss procuring cause, working outside the area of expertise, getting the buyer broker agreement with commission spelled out before showing properties, and more.
